Sarah Hamilton
REGISTERED NURSE | NATIONAL TRAINER | FOUNDER
Sarah is a nationally renowned medical aesthetic provider with over 21 years of experience as an expert injector, trainer, and speaker for Allergan Aesthetics and Galderma. Her award-winning clinics are continuously in the nation’s top 1% of Cosmetic Injectable Practices. Sarah has trained over 100 physicians and nurses around the country in advanced injectable techniques and has created her own training program and center for this service, as well as laser skin treatments.
Before joining the aesthetic world, Sarah developed a diverse clinical background as a newborn intensive care and OR nurse. She also worked alongside cosmetic and plastic surgeons in operating and clinical settings.
Sarah also holds an advanced degree in Clinical Nutrition. She shares her passion for nutrition and wellness with her patients and her holistic approach to achieving the best you. Sarah and her husband, Joe, own Pilgrims Natural Food Market, a large, local organic grocery store and farm in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Outside work, Sarah loves to read, listen to longevity podcasts, and spend time with her family and friends, whether hiking, skiing, playing tennis, golfing, or cooking.
Geoffrey Stiller, MD
BOARD CERTIFIED COSMETIC SURGEON, SARAH HAMILTON FACE MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Stiller, M.D., FACS, FAACS is proud to provide the Inland Northwest with over 20 years of surgical experience. He couples a passion for cosmetic surgery with a desire to help his patients in their quest to meet cosmetic goals. He is a faculty member of the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians and the WWAMI program of the University of Washington Medical School, teaching both accomplished physicians and novice medical students. Whether lecturing nationally or through consultation, Dr. Stiller’s desire is to make people understand the ability of a procedure to achieve an optimal result.
Dr. Stiller believes that communication with you, our patient, is essential. Dr. Stiller and the team make a concerted effort to get to know you and to listen carefully to your needs and wishes. Jada Rickheim
Medical Director | Nurse Practitioner
Jada comes to Sarah Hamilton FACE with over five years of aesthetic nursing experience and is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, dermal fillers, full-facial balancing, skincare, PRP, IV Therapy, and health and wellness. Jada graduated Summa Cum Laude from United States University and began her nursing career in 2006. She began working across the country in high-acuity intensive care units, emergency rooms, and as a life-flight nurse. Her passion for anti-aging and beautiful, glowing skin led her into the world of aesthetics in 2019, and she has never looked back! Jada has trained with multiple top industry aesthetic providers, focusing on natural yet effective approaches to anti-aging, beauty, and overall health and wellness. Jada believes in safety above all and providing results that her patients love. FACE is a dream come true for Jada, and she is so excited to be joining a practice devoted to quality service and products and working alongside some of the best injectors in the business! She sees patients in our Washington and Idaho clinics.
Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling to explore different cultures, reading, snowboarding, and swimming in all our beautiful lakes and rivers.

Ashley Stepp
REGISTERED NURSE
Ashley has been a Registered Nurse since 2009, working exclusively in Cosmetic Nursing and Facial Aesthetics, including clinical and operating rooms where she was the head nurse. Ashley specializes in natural-looking cosmetic injectables such as Botox®, Dysport®, Juvederm®, Sculptra®, and Kybella®, as well as laser treatments and hair restoration. Ashley is passionate about providing each of her patients with a comprehensive skincare and injectable treatment plan that restores physical beauty and confidence. Not only will you be able to experience her immense knowledge during your visit with her, but you will sense her passion, confidence, compassion, and reassuring nature.
When Ashley is not caring for her patients, she is either volunteering at Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery or spending time with her three girls and husband, Blake.
Brittany Rayson
Licensed Practical Nurse
Brittany is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of experience in the industry, focusing on cosmetic laser treatments, Botox®, Dysport®, Sculptra®, and dermal fillers. Trained by inventor Charles Runels, Brittany utilizes proven techniques in her procedure delivery. She is a leader in the field of cosmetic laser technology and a well-sought-after national laser trainer, providing hands-on training to nurses, PAs, and physicians across the country.
Described by her patients as a top-notch professional, Brittany’s kind, compassionate demeanor instantly puts people at ease. Her superior skills achieve individualized results that reflect her desire to enhance the natural beauty in every person she encounters.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys reading and preparing delicious meals for family and friends. She loves hiking and exploring in North Idaho and NW Montana with her husband, Matt, and their dog, Winnie.
Liz Gilroy
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Liz is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years of experience in Cardiac Care, ER, Internal Medicine, and adjunct faculty at Gonzaga University in the Nurse Practitioner program. Her commitment to providing excellent care, focus on patient health and wellness, and artistic eye make her an outstanding provider in the field of medical aesthetic medicine. Liz has always had a passion for skincare, injectables and lasers. She strives to bring out her patient’s inner confidence by providing the best treatment plan and services. She sees patients in our Washington and Idaho clinics.
Liz is a Spokane native and fitness enthusiast who loves playing volleyball, running, traveling, exploring new destinations, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Shelly Levin
REGISTERED NURSE
Shelly has specialized in medical aesthetics and facial rejuvenation since 2006, utilizing advanced techniques with dermal fillers, Botox®, Dysport®, Sculptra®, Kybella®, and cosmetic laser treatments. She started her career by training under Sarah Hamilton while working at Deaconess on the Ortho/Neuro floor, home health care, and travel nursing. She is dedicated to making sure her patients can achieve their skincare goals while ensuring they feel relaxed and comfortable. Patients have come from all over the Pacific Northwest to receive treatments from Shelly, building lasting relationships and trust with her patients. Shelly believes that by combining the many modalities offered at Sarah Hamilton FACE and educating patients about treatment options and skin care regimens, she can help patients achieve their desired results with a more youthful and refreshed look.
Outside of FACE, you can find Shelly outdoors, making wine with her family, spending time with her husband, two children, their dog, and bird, and providing cupping therapy services to those who need it.
Amber Woodard
Master Aesthetician
Amber is a Master Aesthetician and has been in the skincare industry for 18 years. Amber’s rigorous training and advanced certifications in cosmetic lasers, microneedling, HydraFacial®, and medical-grade skincare set her apart from most in the industry. Her wealth of knowledge, passion, and result-oriented approach have earned her a place as one of the most sought-after Master Aestheticians in the area. Amber takes part in training other Master Aestheticians from all over the country on advanced laser techniques, practices, and treatments at our Coeur d’Alene office, which is a national laser training center. Amber owns her esthetic school for aspiring aestheticians. Bella Rosa Skin Academy is a unique high-end academy with advanced training dedicated exclusively to esthetics in downtown Spokane.
Catie Farr
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Catie is a Master Aesthetician with over four years of experience and a deep passion for result-driven treatments such as Potenza RF Microneedling, Microneedling, HydraFacial®, and lasers, along with quality skin care. After completing her BA in Education, Catie realized that educating people about their skin and helping them attain their skin goals brought her the most joy. She has attended multiple advanced laser training and certifications in ZO Skin Health and Skinbetter Science products, Sciton Laser treatments, HydraFacial®, and microneedling. Catie is an avid learner!
Outside work, you can find her running on trails (Catie ran track for Eastern Washington University) in the beautiful PNW and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Jessica Andrews
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Jessica is a highly experienced Master Aesthetician who joined our practice from the nationally recognized Egrari Plastic Surgery Center in Seattle. With over 13 years of experience, she specializes in all laser treatments, Potenza Radio Frequency Microneedling, HydraFacial®, medical-grade skincare, and more.

Lorilee Scamahorn
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Lorilee is a Master Aesthetician with over 28 years in the spa and medical aesthetics industry. She is trained and well-versed in multiple laser modalities, microneedling, HydraFacials, and various medical-grade facial treatments. She has also worked extensively with several medical-grade skincare lines. Her experience and knowledge help her create a personalized plan for her clients to achieve lasting results. In an ever-evolving industry, continuing education is a must and something she loves about her profession.
Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, two boys, family, friends, and two dogs.
Beth Christen
MASTER AESTHETICIAN | MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Beth comes to FACE with three years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry and a true passion for transforming skin. She brings a unique blend of expertise to Sarah Hamilton FACE with her background in master aesthetics and medical assisting. Beth is passionate about customizing personalized treatment plans for your skin needs and goals. She specializes in a variety of advanced laser and aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacial®, Glacial® FX cryotherapy facial, DiamondGlow®, Laser Hair Removal, Emsculpt NEO, BBL and MOXI Lasers, peels, and acne solutions. She’s certified in cutting-edge techniques and dedicated to helping her patients achieve radiant, glowing skin that boosts their confidence.

Lindsey Maloney
Aesthetician | Brow, Lash, & Acne Specialist
Lindsey is a certified aesthetician with 10 years of experience. Lindsey’s love for aesthetics originates from brow shaping. She managed and trained other aestheticians for a well-known brow bar for 8 years, and during those years, she dove deep into brow shape, brow lamination techniques, and threading. Lindsey is a certified acne expert who loves getting your skin clear and addressing your concerns. While providing her expertise at FACE, Lindsey’s goal is to help women find a deeper meaning of self-love.
Outside work, Lindsey enjoys playing in the water, tending to her plants, and loving her dogs!
Heather Kilby
Medical Assistant
Heather is a native of Spokane Valley. After completing her education at the University of Las Vegas, she started her medical career in clinical research and later moved to dermatology and a short time in plastic surgery. Her time in dermatology and plastics is where she found her love for all things skin and aesthetics. Heather loves being able to play a role in helping our patients feel more confident inside and out. She is committed to continual growth in the field to expand her knowledge and expertise. A few of her favorite things about working at Sarah Hamilton FACE are the team culture and the education each team member goes through to provide the best care for patients. When not at Sarah Hamilton FACE, Heather prioritizes spending time with family. She enjoys getting outside and enjoying the elements with her husband and three daughters. One thing she would want people to know about her would be that she is genuine.

Kristi has 15 years of experience in aesthetics, management, and events. She has been extensively trained by the top brands in the aesthetic and beauty industries. Kristi has a passion for continual growth and a commitment to excellence in all we do at FACE. She is committed to creating a positive environment, unmatched patient experiences, and curating treatments that deliver amazing results. Leading the team on their journey of growth and unparalleled industry education is key to offering our patients the best aesthetic treatments available. Megan Lyon
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Megan has over two years of experience as a patient coordinator at FACE and five years of experience prior in spa management and customer service. Before joining the FACE team, Megan managed the spa and retail boutique at a private golf club community, where she discovered a deeper passion for skincare and aesthetics. Megan prides herself on offering exceptional customer service and making the patient feel special. She brings her expertise in assisting in managing operations at all Sarah Hamilton FACE locations, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and is continuously advancing her knowledge of everything this industry has to offer.
When Megan isn’t at FACE, she loves spending time with her friends and family. You can find her skiing in the winter, enjoying the lake in the summer, hanging out with her two dogs, or sipping a nice glass of wine while watching reality TV!
Alex Davey
Aesthetic Concierge
Alex has over 10 years of customer service experience and is passionate about connecting with people and all things FACE! She loves the skincare and aesthetic industry and everything it has to offer. Alex loves her job of working with patients to find their perfect provider and treatment and making everyone around her feel beautiful.
After a few years of moving around the country to support her husband’s Air Force pilot training career, Alex and her family are happy to be back in their hometown of Spokane. When Alex isn’t working at FACE, she loves traveling, cooking, adventuring with her son and husband, sharing a margarita, and laughing with her girlfriends.

Aubrey joined our FACE team with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She has always been passionate about skincare and all things beauty and is thrilled to be able to assist you in achieving your skincare and aesthetic goals. Cammie Reed

After working in education, Cammie’s focus shifted to health and wellness. This passion led her to fitness and to becoming a certified barre instructor in Portland, Oregon, through barre3. Cammie has been teaching barre for over nine years and is currently teaching in Coeur d’Alene.
Cammie is always looking for new challenges and opportunities that make an impact, and she feels her position at FACE is the perfect fit. She strives for excellence, loves patient interaction, and wants everyone to leave feeling their very best. Cammie has a love for self-care and a heart for helping others. She feels truly blessed to be working with such a talented group of women and believes that beauty begins from within. Outside of her time at FACE and teaching barre, Cammie enjoys time at home with her family, designing, reading, traveling, and enjoying time with friends.

Joleen comes to FACE with over 17 years of knowledge and experience in aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery. She loves building relationships with our patients and helping guide them on their beauty journey. Joleen is one of our amazing Patient Coordinators who will greet you and assist with booking your treatments, as well as help to educate you about all the different products and procedures we offer here at FACE.
Joleen was born and raised in Spokane and lives in beautiful Liberty Lake. When she is not at FACE, she enjoys weekends at Priest Lake, taking care of her plants, and spending time with her boyfriend, their kids, and their grandkids.
Lindsay Torres
PATIENT COORDINATOR | MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Lindsay brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in the medical field, having started her career as a patient coordinator and eventually becoming the front lead. As a certified medical assistant, she has a diverse background in ear, nose, throat, allergy, dermatology, and facial plastics. Her expertise extends to assisting in various surgical procedures, including Mohs surgery, blepharoplasty, face lifts, and fat transfers. Lindsay also finds immense fulfillment in getting to know her patients and comforting them during times of vulnerability. Her compassion and dedication to patient care are evident in her daily interactions. Moreover, Lindsay is deeply committed to philanthropy, regularly participating in community service and healthcare outreach programs.
Outside work, Lindsay stays active by going to the gym, reflecting her commitment to a healthy lifestyle. She also loves watching cooking shows and baking, sharing her delicious treats with friends and family.
Melissa Blackwelder

Melissa is a Registered Nurse who has been working as a Labor and Delivery RN since 2005. She has loved being a part of many birth stories but is enjoying this transition into skincare and all things FACE! One of her favorite parts of her job as an L&D nurse was the connections she made with her patients, and she loves doing the same with the clients who walk into Sarah Hamilton FACE.
Outside of FACE, she loves to adventure with her husband and their two boys, find good food, ski or hike, and chase the sunshine (with an appreciation for sunscreen and lasers!)
Sadie Justus

Sadie has over two years of experience and joined the FACE team as a natural creative with a good eye for detail, specializing in marketing, social media marketing, digital design, and e-commerce functions. Usually behind the scenes, working closely with our operations manager and the rest of our marketing team, she is focused on continued excellence in helping grow business efforts and being able to share Sarah’s and the Sarah Hamilton FACE team’s unparalleled patient care, expertise, and authenticity through various media outlets.
